VICE MINISTER OF HEALTH IN PAVLODAR REGION TIMUR MURATOV HELD A MEETING WITH THE PEOPLE

Today, Vice Minister of Health Timur Muratov arrived in Pavlodar region on a working visit. During the visit, he got acquainted with the work of the Aksu city hospital, met with the population, and received citizens on personal issues at the Children's Creativity House.
During the personal reception, the Vice Minister considered the application of a man with many children, who requested assistance in performing an operation on his son. The child's mother also asked to be allocated a quota for specialized treatment for atopic dermatitis in Astana. The Vice Minister provided detailed explanations on each of these issues, noting that their solutions are under his personal control.
The meeting with journalists raised issues of regional and republican importance. One of the important issues raised by the media concerned professional insurance of medical workers. Today, 32 out of 35 state medical institutions in Pavlodar region have issued insurance contracts for medical workers. This issue is under the control of the local health department.
In addition, during the meeting, news such as the transition of medical certificates to electronic format, including disability certificates, issues of queues and staff shortages in the region, and what measures the Ministry of Health is taking in this direction were discussed.
Tomorrow, February 19, the Vice Minister plans to visit a number of medical facilities in the region, including Pavlodar City Hospital No. 1 and the Regional Children's Hospital, as well as hold a meeting with the heads of medical organizations in the region to discuss current issues and prospects for the development of the region's healthcare sector.
