In accordance with the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Kyamaleddin Heydarov, Kazakhstani rescuers were awarded the "For Solidarity" badge for their participation in the rescue operation and the elimination of the consequences of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash.

  The awards were presented by the Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Aktau, Aykhan Suleimanly.
