Regional Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev congratulated Orazgali Bekpanov, Chairman of the Kazaly District Council of Veterans and recipient of the Order of «Kurmet», on his 85th birthday. The meeting was attended by the regional maslikhat chairman, veterans, law enforcement officials, and intellectuals.
The regional governor congratulated the hero of the day, noting that caring for labor, dignified respect for citizens, and popular recognition are symbols of the country.
«Our region is a blessed place where ancestral traditions are passed down from generation to generation. There are many hardworking people here, respected by the people for their work, whose lives serve as an example for the younger generation. The great work and impeccable service of those who honestly fulfilled their civic duty to their native land always serve as a model for us». This year, our esteemed aksakal, Chairman of the Kazaly District Veterans' Council, Orazgali Dostanovich Bekpanov, turned 85. He began his career in 1959 as a simple mechanic at a train depot. He worked at the railway school as a foreman, deputy director, director, chairman of the executive committee of the Zhanakazaly village council, and akim of the village of Aiteke bi. As akim, he contributed to the socioeconomic development of the district center.
Even in retirement, Orazgali Dostanovich remains actively involved in public life, and as Chairman of the Kazaly District Veterans' Council, he calls on the people to unite and mentors the younger generation.

At the meeting, the regional akim presented the anniversary hero with the Kyzylorda Region Certificate of Honor, paying tribute in accordance with tradition. Congratulatory speeches and good wishes were delivered by Serik Duisenbaev, Chairman of the Regional Council of Veterans, and Alimbay Kaskyrbay, Honorary Citizen of the Kazaly District and recipient of the Order of «Kurmet».
