This is a great honor for our elders. Today, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, an honorary citizen of the Syrdarya District, 103-year-old batagoy aksakal Yahya Tasyrov, lives in our region. The old front-line soldier who gave us a peaceful life will always be respected. Our old people take part in the district and regional stages of the national competition" Mereyli otbasy " and become an example of a moral dynasty. This year, the Absadykov family from the district won the regional stage and will represent the region at the Republican stage of the national competition.
