On October 20, 2025, as part of the media plan, the State Revenue Department of the city of Taraz, with the participation of the employees of the State Revenue Service of the Zhambyl region, held a seminar for taxpayers on the key changes in the new Tax Code, which will come into force in 2026, in the conference hall of the Sherkhan Murtaza International University

Participants—organization heads, sole proprietors, individuals, farm managers, and accountants—were able to learn about upcoming tax legislation changes and ask questions. A total of 200 people attended the seminar

During the seminar, the following issues were covered: reduction of tax reporting forms, changes in special tax regimes, VAT reform, universal declaration, digitalization of tax administration, and other issues.

Thanks to the open dialogue, taxpayers received practical recommendations on how to prepare for changes and discussed current issues.
