On November 14, 2025, with the support of the Akimat of Zhetysu Region, and organized by the Regional Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation together with the Regional Center of Folk Art, the anniversary conference «Dúbirli tuğan dúldúlim»  dedicated to the 190th anniversary of Baktybay Zholbarysuly was held at the I. Zhansugurov Palace of Culture in the city of Taldykorgan.

Conference Speakers:

Anarbai Buldybai — Professor at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Doctor of Philology, scholar.

Aryn Amire Arynuly — Poet, laureate of the international literary award «Alash».

Bulgakov Aitakyn Mukhamediuly — Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chief Akyn of Zhetysu Region.

Kuanish Suleimenov Sultanuly — Head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Zhetysu Region, moderator.
