       In accordance with Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 14 February 2018 No.178 «On approval of the form of the declaration of participation in an international group and the Rules for its completion» (hereinafter – the Order), the declaration of participation in an international group (hereinafter – the declaration) shall be submitted to the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Committee) no later than 1 September of the year following the reporting financial year.       In cases where submission through the IS SONO system is not possible due to the transition to the «Taxpayers’ Cabinet Integrated Tax Administration System» (KNP ISNA – https://knp.kgd.gov.kz), the declaration shall be submitted via KNP ISNA. This position has been confirmed by the latest clarifications published on the official website of the Committee.       According to paragraph 3 of the Order, the Declaration shall be submitted electronically, certified by an electronic digital signature, through the central node of the tax reporting reception and processing system (Taxpayers’ Cabinet – ISNA). In the event of technical difficulties, taxpayers are required to immediately contact the technical support service of the above-mentioned information resource for assistance with correct submission of the declaration.       If software is unavailable or if technical errors are identified in the software of the state revenue authorities, the declaration shall be submitted electronically through the e-Otinish unified platform for receiving and processing citizens’ appeals or via the unified electronic document management system.       In accordance with the Order, where submission in electronic form is not possible, the participant to the transaction must provide supporting documents confirming this fact.       In this regard, the Committee reminds taxpayers of the need to comply with the above-mentioned procedure for submitting the declaration of participation in an international group.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd/press/news/details/1053266?lang=kk

The member states of the Eurasian Economic Union have begun working together to simplify the procedure for processing and issuing special permits for the passage of heavy and large-sized vehicles during international road transport along roads included in the list of Eurasian transport corridors and routes.Recall that on December 29, 2024, at a meeting of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, an Action Plan was approved to harmonize the procedures for processing and issuing special permits for the passage of heavy and large-sized vehicles along Eurasian transport corridors (Order of the Board of the EEC dated December 23, 2024 No. 214).The adopted plan provides for the implementation of 5 key areas:- determining the maximum possible agreed terms for issuing special permits;- determining the maximum possible agreed terms for early (before the planned start date of the trip) submission of an application;- determining the validity period of a special permit;- determining a standard application form;- convergence of requirements for the minimum list of information and documents submitted to obtain a special permit.The implementation of these measures is aimed at simplifying and accelerating the process of obtaining special permits, making it more transparent, predictable and convenient for participants in international transportation.Thus, establishing clear deadlines for registration allows carriers of the EAEU countries to plan routes in advance and avoid protracted waits. A simplified application format with a minimum amount of mandatory information reduces the administrative burden and facilitates faster submission of documents.For example, today the parties have agreed on the following deadlines for issuing special permits:- if there is no need to coordinate the route - within 24 hours of working time; - if it is necessary to coordinate the route - within 10 working days;- in the event of an emergency - within 3 hours. Rehabilitation, Career Guidance, and Healthcare: “Samruk-Kazyna Trust” Projects in East Kazakhstan RegionThe Samruk-Kazyna Trust Social Development Foundation has launched four new social initiatives in East Kazakhstan Region.Earlier this spring, the Samruk Umiti project was rolled out to support 50 orphanage graduates from the region in choosing vocational careers, enrolling in colleges, and securing employment within the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies. At present, 11 ninth-grade graduates plan to continue their education in local colleges, pursuing vocational and other specialties. The project’s initial results were recently presented at the Republican Youth Forum chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Yermek Kosherbayev.In Ulan District, a mixed-type rehabilitation center Ainala will soon open its doors to 70 children with various conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders and psychoneurological pathologies. Currently, Ust-Kamenogorsk operates three Qamqorlyk centers — a rehabilitation center, an early intervention center, and a center for children with autism — which collectively provide comprehensive assistance to around 1,000 children annually.Between September 10 and 25, the Salamatty Kazakhstan medical train will be visiting the region. Комитет по регулированию естественных монополий Министерства национальной экономики РК завершил работу по перерасчету стоимости услуг теплоснабжения для потребителей, не имеющих приборов учета тепловой энергии. Эта работа проведена в соответствии с законодательством, которое обязывает субъектов естественных монополий корректировать начисления за тепло в зависимости от фактической температуры наружного воздуха.По итогам перерасчета гражданам будет возвращено более 1 554,7 млн тенге (с учетом НДС). Средства будут отражены в лицевых счетах отдельной строкой - в виде аванса (сальдо) в новом отопительном сезоне 2024-2025 годов либо за календарный год до конца 2025 года.Возврат средств затронет все регионы страны.
