In Temirtau, the winner of the city pedagogical skills competition "Zhyl mugalimi – 2024" was determined. Physical education teacher Zhandos Sembayev became the teacher of the year.
Eight teachers from different schools of the city competed in professional skills in the final of the competition. The final stage consisted of three rounds: "Teacher's business card", a demonstration of public speaking on the theme "Taratuga turarlyk pedagogicalyk idea" and homework "Sunday Teacher's Day". Here, the teachers came out of the classic role of a strict mentor and showed that a teacher is, first of all, a bright personality.
According to the results of the competition, Zhandos Sembayev, a teacher of physical education at the women's gymnasium, became the winner and the winner of the Grand Prix. He was awarded a certificate for 100,000 tenge. Other prize-winners of the competition also received cash certificates.
– Being a teacher means developing and nurturing the best qualities in yourself in order to pass on your knowledge, experience and attitude to life to children. This path of self-improvement is a process of endless learning. And this competition is not just a competition, but a real celebration of pedagogical skills and inspiration," the physical education teacher believes.
