In Almaty, two residential buildings were demolished by a court decision. These are 3-storey buildings located on the same plot in the MKR. Nur-Alatau, 71/21 K. Tauasaruly street. This was reported in the Department of urban planning control of Almaty.
During an unscheduled inspection, it was found that there was no complete package of permits, as a result, administrative measures were taken against the owners (individuals).
Soon, the department filed a lawsuit against the demolition of the facilities in the Bostandyk district Court. On September 29, 2023, the court decided to demolish two houses. On January 31, 2024, by the decision of the Almaty Court, the decision of the district court was left unchanged.
After the court's decision was received by the Department of Justice, where enforcement proceedings were initiated.
The dismantling was started the day before by the owners voluntarily with the participation of bailiffs.
It should be noted that since the beginning of last year, 62 construction sites, including the residential complexes Mechta, KHAN, Alma Garden and others, have been completely or partially demolished in Almaty as part of the instructions of the mayor of the city, Yerbolat Dosayev, to strengthen construction control.
