New projects in the field of highways will begin in the Turkestan region. By order of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Turkestan region, design and estimate documentation is being developed for the expansion of the bridge with a length of 27 kilometers on the road of regional significance KH-3 "Aksukent - Shayan – Mynbulak", running from the center of the Sairam district, the village of Aksukent, in the direction of Karabulak. After the expansion, the number of lanes on the bridge will increase from two to four. It is also planned to build a roundabout in the area where the road passes through the village of Ayteke bi.
The implementation of the project will reduce traffic congestion on this highway and improve conditions for passengers. Construction is scheduled for 2025.
It should be noted that this year 244 objects of roads and streets with a total length of 1,100.3 kilometers have been covered as part of construction and repair work. By the end of the year, it is planned to complete and commission 149 facilities with a length of 546.6 kilometers.
