First, Yeraly Tugzhanov went to Baizak district. He got acquainted with the work of a feedlot and a car wash facility created within the framework of the Auyl amanaty project. Then he monitored the pace of export of poultry meat in" Aulie-Ata Phoenix " LLP.
He also got acquainted with the work of the educational and methodological Center "AMANAT" in Merken district. Education in the field of Agriculture and animal husbandry is provided here.
Within the framework of the working trip, the adviser to the prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeev held a meeting with akims of all levels.
First, the head of the Department of Agriculture Kairat Kushenov reported on the results of the project and presented further plans.
In the period from 2019 to 2023, 42.2 billion tenge was allocated for this project.the tenge is allocated. These funds were credited to 8,028 projects in 62 rural districts.
It should be noted that 38.4 billion tenge was allocated for the purchase of 252 thousand heads of livestock.a loan was issued in tenge. 57 cooperatives were created, and 533 agricultural machinery was purchased through the leasing system. 91 projects of residents who want to start a business were financed. Over 4 years, more than 8 thousand new jobs were created.
In 2024, the project received млрд 10.5 billion. it is planned to allocate tenge and create 1,672 jobs by crediting 1,200 applications for this amount.
Yeraly Tugzhanov highly appreciated the fruitful work of Zhambyl residents who took part in the project and outlined topical issues at the meeting.
– The main goal of the project" auyl amanaty " is to increase the income of the population in rural areas.
On this day, the creation of new jobs within the framework of the project has increased to 25%. The number of citizens receiving targeted social assistance decreased by 50.4%. At the same time, it is necessary to continue work in this direction. There is still a lot of work to be done. Farmers should not only engage in animal husbandry. It is necessary to create conditions for rural residents to engage in other professions. In particular, it is necessary to build greenhouses, grow various vegetables and make efforts to develop poultry farming, – said Yeraly Tugzhanov.
The adviser to the head of government raised the issue of commodity lending within the framework of the Auyl amanaty project and presented the work of peasant farms in other regions as an example. He stressed that the development of the village is a common task and called on those responsible to work together.
During the meeting, the mayors of the villages were asked questions and received answers.
Following the meeting, a momarandum of cooperation with 4 large enterprises was signed in order to increase the share of local food supply to large enterprises of the region.
