Deputy Akim of Turkestan region Beysenbai Tazhibayev held another personal reception of citizens in accordance with the approved schedule. He listened to the requests and suggestions of the residents of the region, and also, together with the heads of responsible departments, considered ways to solve them.
Most of the questions raised by the citizens concerned the social sphere. In particular, residents applied for targeted social assistance (TSA) and employment assistance. They were informed of the procedure and conditions for the appointment of the TSA, as well as promised assistance in finding a job.
The deputy akim noted that "the work must be done with a soul," and gave appropriate instructions to those responsible. Some of the issues were resolved on the spot. All the issues raised have been recorded in the protocol, and further work on them will be carried out within the framework of legislation.
