From the beginning of next year, 8 types of medical certificates, including a sick leave and a certificate of temporary disability, will be issued only in electronic form.
For the convenience of citizens, there will be no need to carry paper certificates with them, with their consent, electronic certificates will be transferred to certain institutions upon request.
In order to convert these services into an electronic format, work is currently underway to integrate information systems through the IS "Outpatient Care".
The following medical certificates will be translated into electronic format:
- Sick leave
- 075/y "Medical certificate"
- 026/y "Conclusion of the VCC"
- 073/y "Certificate of admission to vehicle management"
- 069/y "Sanatorium and resort card"
- 052-2/y "Child's health passport"
- 076/y "Obtaining a permit for weapons"
- 038/y "Certificate of temporary disability".
It is worth noting that the eGov mobile mobile application has a section "eDensaulyq", which allows citizens to have access to their personal medical data.
