A meeting of district police inspectors and juvenile affairs inspectors was held in the police Department of the Karaganda region, chaired by the head of the department Negmet Ismagulov. The event was also attended by Deputy akim of the region Aldeney Alibek.
— It is you, district inspectors and juvenile inspectors, who are at the forefront of law enforcement and crime prevention. The safety of our citizens depends on the effectiveness of your work. Precinct officers need to constantly improve their professional level, maintain constant communication with the public, and respond to emerging threats in a timely manner. If an employee works efficiently, then there is always order on his site," said the head of the department.
The meeting summed up the results of the past year, focused on the prevention of offenses on the eve of the New Year holidays, and also discussed scaling up the best experience. Thus, the first deputy head of the department, Zhaskairat Kairov, said that residents of 63 settlements in the region insisted on stopping the sale of alcoholic beverages. As a result, not a single offense was recorded in these settlements.
— Police officers protect the peace of our citizens every day. For our part, we are taking measures to create comfortable working conditions for them. This year alone, 200 police vehicles were purchased at the expense of the budget, and several mobile police stations were organized in the regional center. On behalf of the akim of the region and the akimat, I would like to thank the police for their hard work," said Deputy Akim of the region Aldeney Alibek.
To enhance the image and stimulate the activities of district inspectors in the region, an annual competition in the "Best by Profession" nomination has been held since 2023. The winners of the competition are awarded the prize of the akim of the region in the amount of 2 million tenge. The deputy akim presented cash certificates to the winners: in the nomination "The best district inspector in an urban area" — Aydin Bulkenov (district inspector of the Southeastern police Department of the city of Karaganda), and in the nomination "The best district inspector in rural areas" — Ernur Atkenov (district inspector of the police department of the Karkaralinsky district).
The head of the regional Police Department presented Aldeney Alibek with a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"On my own behalf and on behalf of the personnel of the police department, I would like to express my gratitude to the Akimat of the Karaganda region for close cooperation and support in ensuring the protection of public order, as well as for the development of the material and technical base of the department," Negmet Ismagulov said.
Also, the winners of the regional competition in the nomination "Best by profession" among district inspectors, juvenile and patrol police inspectors were awarded with diplomas of the police department and watches with the symbols of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
