Playgrounds for children with disabilities have appeared in Karaganda.
They were installed in the Central Park and behind the recreation center of New Maikuduk – a total of 16 modern facilities.
"These swings, designed for children with special needs, play an important role in creating an inclusive environment where every child can feel like an equal participant.
They are also available to children without restrictions, but it is important to remember that priority should always remain with those who need it most," the Department of Parks of Culture and Recreation of the city of Karaganda notes.
The swing is spacious enough to accommodate a child in a wheelchair.

Such platforms are a step towards ensuring that every child can feel accepted in society.
