At a meeting of district police inspectors and juvenile affairs inspectors in the Karaganda region, the results of the past year were summed up, attention was focused on the prevention of offenses on the eve of the New Year holidays, and the scaling of best practices was discussed.

Precinct officers need to constantly improve their professional level, keep in touch with the public, and respond to emerging threats in a timely manner. If an employee works efficiently, then there is always order in his area," said Negmet Ismagulov, head of the police department.
This year alone, 200 police vehicles have been purchased at the expense of the budget, as well as several mobile police stations in Karaganda. This was stated by Deputy akim of the region Aldeney Alibek.
To enhance the image and stimulate the activities of district inspectors in the region, an annual "Best by Profession" competition has been held since last year. The winners are awarded the prize of the akim of the region in the amount of 2 million tenge. This year, Aydin Bulkenov was recognized as the "Best district inspector in an urban area." He works as a district inspector of the South-Eastern police Department of Karaganda. Ernur Atkenov from the Karkaraly district police department became the "Best district inspector in rural areas."
Also, the winners of the regional competition "Best in profession" among district inspectors, juvenile and patrol police inspectors were awarded with diplomas of the police department and watches with the symbols of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
