Today, a new Reception Center for citizens has been opened under the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region within the framework of the concept of a "Hearing State" and the fulfillment of the President's instructions to reformat work with the population.
The head of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, heads of law enforcement agencies, deputies, veterans and members of the public got acquainted with the work of the new center.
Comfortable conditions for visitors have been created in the new front office, digital standards have been introduced, and all processes have been automated. The center is equipped with waiting and treatment areas, an electronic queue and offices for personal reception of citizens.
Visitors will be able to submit applications, make an appointment with heads of government agencies and receive advice from relevant departments. There is a separate office for receiving people with special needs.
The center forms a single ecosystem for interacting with citizens, analyzing appeals allows you to accurately determine the needs of residents, according to which government agencies plan their work and form a budget. Thus, the wishes of citizens are taken into account in the process of developing and making a decision.
Akim of the region and heads of government agencies held a reception for citizens. No appeal will be ignored. The task of government agencies is to hear the problem and find its optimal solution. In general, it should be noted that the unified dialogue platform builds trusting relations between government agencies and the public on the most pressing issues.
