A lot of emotions and impressions were presented to the children by the traditional Christmas tree of the akim of the Karaganda region. On behalf of the Head of State, guests from all over the region gathered for the New Year's holiday.
200 children led round dances and had fun: pupils of orphanages and boarding schools, children with disabilities, children from low-income families and excellent students, winners of contests and competitions.
A theatrical fairy-tale performance "Kosh keldin, zhana zhyl" was prepared for children.
Together with Aldar the Scythe and the fairy-tale characters, the participants drove away the evil pirates.

The laser show added a New Year's atmosphere. Together with Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, the children lit the New Year's beauty. The Snail, the symbol of 2024, passed the baton to a funny Snake.
And the guests themselves were in fancy dress.
The images are very different: beautiful Snowflakes and Queens, Batyrs and Rescue Heroes, Wizards and Musketeers.
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akim of the region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev congratulated the children on the upcoming holiday.
— I am glad to meet you before the New Year! This is a holiday that gives us faith in a fairy tale, fulfillment of desires. You are the main characters of this magical time. May this day bring you a lot of joy, vivid emotions and the kindest memories! Each of you is unique, talented and very important to us. Your smiles are our biggest reward," said the head of the region. — We adults will always be there to help you grow, learn, create and dream. New Year is the time to start something new and do everything to make your dreams come true. May your world always be filled with warmth, care and love!
Each participant of the celebration received a gift. In addition to a set of sweets, the children were given cell phones, encyclopedias and backpacks.
The twins Bogdan and Gleb Weissbein came from Temirtau to the New Year's tree. They study at a specialized school, the Lyceum of information technology "Ozat". Winners of the physics and chemistry Olympiads.
— This is the first time at such a celebration. We were very happy when we were invited. We're masked as gangsters, but we're very kind at heart. On the eve of the upcoming New Year, we would like to wish everyone peace and kindness, good health and, of course, love," the excellent students congratulated on the holiday.
Little Santa Claus Zhantore Kaysar wished everyone miracles and wish fulfillment.
