The Almaty production and trading company Stark Alpha has become one of the first in Kazakhstan to be approved for reimbursement of costs for the purchase of technological equipment. A new type of government incentive measures for industry began to take effect in May this year.
Stark Alpha, which manufactures materials for double-glazed windows, received 28.3 million tenge from QazIndustry as a refund for the purchase of two Turkish automatic mixer mixers. They are designed for the production of polysulfide sealant, which is used in the production of double-glazed windows. Thanks to him, double-glazed windows are more durable.
Now the process of mixing the components has become faster and more accurate. The new mixers regulate the temperature and time of the technological operation.
The Almaty enterprise is the only manufacturer of two-component sealant for double-glazed windows in Kazakhstan. It was founded in 2011. It produces a sealant for double-glazed windows for both manual assembly and automated lines.
Annually Stark Alpha produces more than 4,000 tons of products using raw materials from global manufacturers - Basf, Honeywell, Eastman, Ineos, Omiya. In addition, the plant is the official distributor of Nedex in Kazakhstan, selling components for double-glazed windows - molecular sieves and a remote frame.
In addition to the domestic market, the company provides two-component sealant to the markets of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Mongolia.
"We were pleasantly surprised when we learned that the state provides support to enterprises in the form of cost recovery. That is, the purchase of modern automatic mixer mixers cost the company 40 percent less. We used the funds reimbursed by QazIndustry to purchase raw materials for production," the company shared.
Recall that on May 12, KCE began to reimburse part of the costs for the purchase of technological equipment. The historical period is two years, that is, the company can reimburse the costs of equipment purchased in the previous two years. QazIndustry reimburses 40% of the costs (but not more than 60 million tenge).
