School principals of the Turkestan region take a course of study under the program "School management: aspects and methods of management". According to the plan of the Department of Education and with the support of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence and the regional methodological center, the heads of 767 educational organizations will undergo advanced training. The lectures are conducted by the coach of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence from Almaty Berik Asubaev.
Today, Deputy akim of the region Beisenbai Tazhibayev got acquainted with the course of the courses. At the meeting, he discussed current innovations in the educational field with the coach and school principals.
— The education system and improving its quality are always in the spotlight. Akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldy personally supports important initiatives in this area. By improving the qualifications of teachers, we not only improve educational work, but also identify new leaders. In cooperation with the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, our 41 teachers took special courses in management. They gained international experience by participating in foreign courses. Together with the Ministry of Education, we are creating a talent pool of 150 people for appointment to senior positions without competition. In 2025, work on the formation of a personnel reserve will continue. State support for education and teachers will only grow. Let's unite and work for the benefit of educating a conscious generation," Beisenbai Dauletuly said.
The course "Management at school: aspects and methods of management", which began on October 21, was successfully completed. The training was conducted in three streams. Certificates were issued to the participants, and further support is also provided. The organizers said that such events will be held regularly.
Earlier, teachers and methodologists of the Turkestan region exchanged international experience in Japan on the "lesson study" method, in the USA on inclusive education and in China on technical and vocational training. In the new academic year, teachers will continue their studies at practical courses in France, Malaysia, Finland and Singapore, priority will be given to teachers from the programs "Zhaily Mektep" and "Maksatty Mektep".
