The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the head of the department "On approval of the Rules for determining a private partner and concluding a public-private partnership agreement on projects for the construction and operation of rehabilitation centers in the field of social protection of the population." The document is posted on the Open NPAs portal for public discussion until November 22, 2024.
The above Rules will ensure the regulatory and legal consolidation of the procedure for determining a private partner and concluding a public-private partnership agreement (hereinafter - PPP) on projects for the construction and operation of rehabilitation centers in the field of social protection of the population.
The adoption of the draft order will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences and will allow non-state companies to participate in the construction and further operation of rehabilitation centers within the framework of PPP.
