A concert program of the variety symphony orchestra of the akim of the Abai region took place at the S. Said-Galiyev Palace of Culture. The orchestra's conductor is Kenzhegul Akshekina, winner of the Yeren Enbegi Ushin medal.
The purpose of the event is to strengthen friendly relations between Kazakhstan and Tatarstan, popularize the culture, art and traditions of the Kazakh people. Accompanied by an orchestra, works of Kazakh and Tatar music were performed. The program was presented in Kazakh, Russian and Tatar languages.
The program was attended by Honored Workers of Kazakhstan Mapruz Utulenova and Yerlan Ryskali, an excellent student of culture of Kazakhstan, singer of traditional songs Guldana Nogaibayeva, laureate of international and national competitions, singer Tolegen Rakhimbayev, backing vocals of the pop symphony orchestra.
This concert presented Kazakh and Tatar folk songs to the audience, as well as famous pop works, preserving the musical heritage.
