In our people, there is a saying: "Let the cattle remain from the grandfather, let the willow remain". In order to carry out such a worthy deed, to make the city more beautiful and green, KSU "Zhasyl Arys" actively conducts work on planting trees, starting from the entrance to the city.
Today, soldiers of the military unit are also involved in a good cause. In particular, the soldiers of military unit No. 44859, located in the city, lined up, prepared 1500 pits for planting green spaces and contributed to the successful work.
The next work on planting seedlings continued in the sectors. According to the instructions of the mayor of the city Gulzhan Kurmanbekova, the city is divided into 17 sectors. Responsible for each sector are assigned departments and offices of the akimat, as well as state institutions.
At today's Subbotnik, each sector carried out cleaning of the territory belonging to them. During the event, dead grass was mowed and tree seedlings were planted.
At the Subbotnik, in addition to civil servants, active citizens came out of each street and cleaned the adjacent territory of their homes from garbage.
In the future, such citywide Subbotnik events will continue.
