In accordance with the instructions of the Akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy, a rating of mayors of districts and cities on the organization of the "Clean Kazakhstan" program was developed. During the assessment of the work of akims, the participation of the population in the Subbotnik organized in the district, the number of equipment involved in the Subbotnik, the identification of offenses by the Police Department, "Birge – taza Qazaqstan!"we were guided by such criteria as providing feedback on applications received in the information system, monitoring the cleanliness of adjacent territories of residential buildings and business facilities. First deputy akim of the region Zulpykhar Zholdasov reported on the rating of mayors of districts and cities on the organization of the program at the staff meeting.
According to him, the indicators of the program Organization of the city of Turkestan and Baidibek, Maktaaral, Zhetysai, districts showed a high level, Saryagash, Shardara, Tulkubas districts and Arys, Kentau achieved medium-level indicators. Well, the work in the districts is low.
The head of the region instructed to carry out raid operations with the involvement of local police forces in areas where garbage dumps often appear, install signs for non-dumping and strengthen propaganda work.
To date, the Telegram bot platform" Taza Qazaqstan " has received 543 applications. Of these, 526 applications were executed, 1 application was executed, and 16 applications were returned due to nonsense.
Within the framework of the Taza Kazakhstan program, work is carried out daily throughout the region. In particular, 712 large-scale subbotniks have been held in the region. As a result, 1,381 warnings were issued and 647 fines were imposed. Work in the direction of high-quality implementation of the rules is carried out daily.
In addition, the appearance of 120 apartment buildings has been improved. Of these, the appearance of 81 residential buildings was put in order. These works will be fully completed by the end of the year.
Currently, 467,535 places for planting trees have been identified and appropriate work is being carried out on greening settlements.
Responsible employees of the department carried out monitoring of the state of sanitary cleaning of Saryagash and Keles districts of subordinate settlements. Work was carried out to sort out the identified shortcomings.
The regular maintenance of general cleaning, the progress of landscaping and landscaping is under the close control of the governor of the region Darkhan Satybald.
It should be noted that according to the indicators of October in the organization of the program, Turkestan region was recognized as the best in the country.
At the meeting, Zulpykhar Zholdasov reported on the progress of the heating season. The volume of coal required for the heating season in the region, including budgetary institutions, residential buildings and greenhouses, is 684.1 thousand tons. Currently, 434.1 thousand tons of coal have been delivered. Socially significant facilities in the region: educational, health, cultural and sports institutions are fully provided with coal.
