At the first stage, the volume of investments on 30 hectares amounted to 154.8 billion rubles. it is planned to implement 29 projects worth tenge. To date, the construction of 10 buildings has been completed and 24.7 thousand square meters have been put into operation. In addition, 8 projects were implemented and 36.5 billion tenge was allocated. investments in tenge have been attracted and 712 new jobs are being created.

It is planned to launch 13 buildings by the end of 2024 and 16 in the first quarter of 2025.
At the second stage, in 2025-2026, 112 buildings are planned to be built on an area of 70 hectares.
At the third stage, that is, in 2025, it is planned to launch 14 buildings (the cost of investments is 35.1 billion rubles. tenge). It is planned to provide entrepreneurs with ready-made production facilities with engineering infrastructure, thereby increasing the number of jobs.
