For 10 months of the current year (January-October) QazIndustry approved the applications of enterprises for reimbursement of part of the costs in the amount of 1 billion 154 million tenge. This is reported by the Business Promotion Directorate of the Kazakhstan Center for Industry and Export.
Most of the funds – 1 billion 134 million tenge – are aimed at reimbursing enterprises' expenses aimed at increasing labor productivity, which implies improving technological processes, improving production efficiency, introducing digital technologies, increasing the competence of employees, and purchasing technological equipment.
The most active in terms of submitting applications for these types of costs were representatives of the industry of Almaty, Almaty region, Astana, Shymkent and Mangistau region, and in the sectoral section – enterprises of agriculture, mechanical engineering and light industry.
For the second type of reimbursement of part of the costs – for the promotion of products and services to the domestic market (confirmation of conformity of goods, product evaluation, inspection audit and control, registration of certificates, and so on) – 20.1 million tenge was allocated.
Following the results of 10 months, QazIndustry, in addition to telephone consultations, held 53 events in the format of Open Days and initiative meetings with representatives of enterprises to explain government incentive measures, as well as seminars and webinars. A lot of work was carried out by representatives of the CCIE in the regions. During the reporting period, experts visited 93 enterprises in the country.
