As of November 1, 2024, 582.8 thousand Kazakhstanis were covered by active employment promotion measures. 457.8 thousand people were employed, of which 277.3 thousand were permanently employed.
180.5 thousand people were employed in subsidized jobs, of which: 15.4 thousand for social jobs; for youth practice –
30.5 thousand; for public works – 106.2 thousand; for projects "First workplace" – 9.2 thousand, "Contract of generations" – 409 people, "Silver Age" – 18.8 thousand people.
52.3 thousand unemployed people have been covered by online training on in-demand skills in the labor market, of which 47.4 thousand have completed their studies.
54.2 thousand people were also trained in the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau Business project, 35.4 thousand of them completed and received certificates.
In order to choose the field of activity, 183.5 thousand people underwent social career guidance.
In addition, since the beginning of this year, 8,941 grants have been issued to socially vulnerable categories of the population in the amount of up to 400 MCI (1,476,800 tenge) for the implementation of new business initiatives.
