In Turkestan region, work continues to provide residents with rental housing. According to the plan for 2024, 47.5 billion rubles were allocated for the purchase of rental housing with 2,590 apartments in the region. the tenge is allocated. The allocated funds provide for the purchase of 247 multi-storey residential buildings in the region with an area of more than 191 thousand square meters. At the meeting, chaired by Governor of the region Darkhan Satybaldyn, the progress of construction of residential buildings was worked out and issues were discussed. The head of the region addressed the mayors of districts, cities, heads of departments and contractors who did not coordinate the work correctly, and instructed to tighten the work.
- The construction of houses should be completed in a high-quality and timely manner. I was instructed to finish the work before winter. Effectively dispose of budget funds and complete delivery of houses by the end of the year. The country is waiting for these houses. There are many queues for housing. Therefore, do the work responsibly. The issue of creating facades of houses in a single model should not be ignored. It is also necessary to carry out high – quality improvement work, - said Darkhan Satybaldy.
According to the acting head of the Turkestan regional construction department Abay Turkhanov, to date, 935 apartments have been purchased (Zhetysai – 2, Kazygurt – 16, Maktaaral – 43, Ordabasy – 12, Sozak – 24, Shardara – 24, Kentau – 30, Turkestan – 768, Sauran – 16). According to the plan, 616 apartments will be purchased in November, and 1039 apartments will be purchased in December. The construction of these facilities is under strict control.
Construction work is underway in 12 districts (882 apartments). The main works have been completed, finishing works have been completed by 80%. And in 3 districts, the pace of construction of 4 houses (88 apartments) is low. In particular, buildings in Baidibek, Sairam and Sauran districts are lagging behind schedule. The akims of these districts were given appropriate criticism and instructed to improve the work. The workers were obliged to increase the number and organize construction in two shifts.
The construction of 20 houses, a total of 1716 apartments is underway in Turkestan. Of these, 16 houses (1376 apartments) are planned to be purchased by the end of the year. 4 houses (340 apartments) in the city will be transferred to 2025. The meeting also heard reports from the heads of responsible contractors, who were instructed to complete the work.
