During the meeting, Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova and USAID Health Management Advisor Jean-Jacques Frere discussed the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at protecting public health and improving the availability of medicines for the population.
The parties outlined plans for further cooperation, including aspects of the development of the pharmaceutical industry, improving the quality of medicines and diversifying the supply chain of pharmaceutical products.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on close cooperation in order to introduce modern approaches and practices in the pharmaceutical industry of the country.
