In the Sauran district, investments in the amount of 42.2 billion tenge were attracted in 9 months of 2024, 21 projects were launched. Of these, 12 are aimed at the manufacturing industry, 9 projects are aimed at the social sphere. This was announced by Akim of the Sauran district Maksat Tangatarov at a briefing with media representatives.
"In accordance with the instructions of the akim of the region, it is planned to implement 254 investment projects totaling 209.3 billion tenge in the district by 2030 and create 4,162 new jobs. 68 large-scale projects with an investment value of 116.1 billion tenge are planned to be implemented in the field of agriculture. In the field of industry, it is planned to implement 85 projects worth 53.1 billion tenge. At the same time, for 9 months of 2024, the gross regional product of the district amounted to 78.7 billion tenge, an increase of 100.6% compared to last year. Of the share of the regional product, 75% is agriculture, 11.6% is industry, 10.3% is construction and 3.1% is trade," the akim of the district said.
Maksat Asylbekuly also noted that production sites will be created in the area. In 2024-2026, production sites will be created in the rural districts of Shaga, Karashyk, Yassy, Shornak and Ushkayyk, and from 2026 in the remaining 7 rural districts. These include 13 furniture workshops, 19 workshops for the production of materials necessary for construction, 2 workshops for the production of food products, 1 workshop for the production of handicrafts and 1 sewing workshop.
In addition, in total, in order to provide housing for citizens in the district, it is planned to build 16 three-storey 24-apartment residential buildings. Two houses with a total of 48 apartments will be put into operation by the end of the year. In the municipal sector, since the beginning of the year, natural gas has been provided in 10 settlements in the district, the share of gas supply was 43.3%. This year, funds have been allocated from the republican budget for the construction of a main gas pipeline in the rural districts of Orangay, Karashyk, and Zhuinek, and construction work is underway. In 2024, as part of the Auyl-El Besigi project, an average repair of 31 inner streets, that is, 39.4 km of roads, is being carried out. Upon completion of the work, the good and satisfactory condition of the roads of the settlement will reach 70%.
