The number of small enterprises is growing in sauran district. For this purpose, the local akimat provides support to entrepreneurs. Priority is given in the direction of construction and development of industrial zones. Industrial zones will be created in the district from 2024 to 2026. In particular, at the first stage, work was carried out on the construction of production sites in Shaga, Karachyk, Iassy, Shornak and Ushkayyk rural districts, and at the second stage, starting from 2026, in the remaining 7 rural districts.
Currently, the construction of the "Industrial Park" project, which is located in Shaga rural district, is in full swing. It is planned to implement 29 projects on 30 hectares. Today, the construction of 10 brownfields on the territory of the park has been completed. An additional 70 hectares of land have been allocated to create an industrial zone, and documentation work is underway to provide the necessary infrastructure.
In addition, 10 hectares of land were allocated for the creation of a small production site in the village of Karashyk, and a memorandum was signed with 21 entrepreneurs. In particular, 9 workshops for the production of furniture, 10 workshops for the production of materials for construction, 1 sewing workshop and 1 workshop for the production of handicrafts will be opened. Currently, entrepreneurs have started building workshops. The necessary power line was laid at the production site, and stone paving works were carried out on the road.
In the village of enbekshi DIKhan, a land plot of 9 hectares has been allocated for the production site" Iassy", it is planned to implement 18 projects. To date, memoranda have been signed with 9 entrepreneurs, 2 entrepreneurs have started construction work. Workshops for the manufacture of furniture, the production of materials necessary for construction and food products will be opened here.
In addition, a production site was created in the village of Shornak on an area of 8 hectares, and the construction of a furniture production shop on an area of 1 hectare began. 10 brownfields will be built in this area. The implementation of the project is scheduled for the period from 2024 to 2030.
18 hectares of land were allocated for the construction of the Ushkayyk production site project in the village of Teke in the district. It is planned to implement 37 projects here from 2025 to 2030. At the moment, a memorandum has been signed on the production site for the construction of workshops for the production of materials necessary for construction, milk processing and sewing. Negotiations will continue with investors to place other projects on the production site.
