Tolkyn Zholdybaykyzy Isakova has been appointed Director of the Department of Strategy and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Tolkyn Zholdybaykyzy Isakova was born on February 1, 1977 in Zhambyl region.
M.Kh. Dulati Taraz State University with a degree in "Kazakh language and literature", and in 2021 Eurasian Humanitarian University with a degree in "law".
He began his career in 1999-2008 in the Bayzak district of Zhambyl region.
In 2008-2011, he worked in the Zhambyl region department of the Committee for the Protection of Children's Rights of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2011-2016, he was a chief expert and head of the department in the Language Committee of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016-2019, he was the head of the sector in the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget.
From 2019 to the present, he has worked in the structure of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since February 3, 2025, he has been appointed Director of the Department of Strategy and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
