Zhanabil Nurkysh began his career in 1955 in the Sairam district water management department of the South Kazakhstan region. Over the years, he held managerial positions in the "Kyzylorda Construction" trust, the reinforced concrete plant in the Tasboget village, the PMK institution of the Kazaly district, and the "Agropromstroy" trust. He was elected a deputy of the Kazaly district council and a plenum member of the party committee. During his years of service in the Kazaly district, he made a great contribution to the construction of social facilities and housing and the socio-economic development of the district.
Sadyk Aliyev's career began in 1961 at the "Auto Tractor Detail" plant in the city of Kyzylorda. He held leadership positions in the Zhalagash district vocational school, the district Komsomol committee, the "Kaz Selkhoz Tekhnika" association, and the district agricultural department. He served with honor as the first deputy chairman of the council in the Zhalagash district, the first deputy akim of the district, and the first vice-president of the "Kazakhstan Rice" joint-stock company. He was elected a deputy of the Zhalagash district council and the regional council. Despite his retirement, Sadyk Aliyuly actively participates in the public life of the district and today, as the chairman of the Zhalagash district veterans' council, he calls for unity among the people.
Nazhmedin Musabayev's career, which began in 1971 as a research assistant, continued in the "Kyzylorda Repair and Water Construction" trust. He held a responsible position in the Kazalyn district committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and the executive committee of the Kazalyn district Council of People's Deputies. In different years, he served with honor as the first deputy akim of Kyzylorda city, akim of Kazaly, Zhanakorgan and Aral districts, head of the regional economic department, and first deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
At the meeting, the jubilee recipients were awarded the highest award of the region - the Certificate of Honor of the Kyzylorda region - for their contribution to the development of the Syr region, and in accordance with the good tradition of our people, they were given a cape.
Zhanabil Nurkyshov was awarded the medal "For Contribution to the Development of the Kyzylorda Region". This award was previously awarded to Sadyk Aliyuly and Nazhmedin Turkbenuly.
