Work continues in Kamystinsky district to provide residents with high-quality and affordable housing. In the village of Kamysty, a key ceremony was held for the new residents of three apartment buildings that were put into operation after reconstruction.
Specialists working in the district center, as well as citizens from socially vulnerable categories of the population, received housing. Among them are orphans, large families, single mothers and people with disabilities. The new apartments are located in the center of the village on Yerzhanova Street.
Housewarming party for the district's specialists
One of the houses is completely given over to office housing for employees in various fields. 12 families have become new settlers here, including young specialists Sultan and Sania Bektimisov. They graduated from Kostanay Higher Medical College and came to work in Kamystinsky district. Sultan works as an ambulance paramedic, and Sania works in the emergency room of the district hospital.
— I am very glad that we have been provided with housing. The conditions here are good, there is everything necessary for a comfortable life," the couple shared.
Deputy Chief of Fire department No. 18 Amangeldy Serik also noted the significance of this event for his family. Previously, they had to rent a house, but now he, his wife and two children have their own apartment.
Waiting list support
The other two houses are distributed among citizens who are on the housing waiting list. For example, Victoria Speca, her husband and four children received a spacious three-room apartment.
— We've been waiting for this day for four years. Now every child will have their own space. This is our big dream," Victoria said.
Andrey Ryazanov called getting an apartment the best New Year's gift.
Implementation of social initiatives
Residents of Kamystinsky district expressed gratitude to the Head of State for the systematic work on providing affordable housing and creating comfortable living conditions in the regions.
