The "Zhetysu" women's volleyball team won the first game of the IV round of the national championship

Yesterday, the IV round of the XXXIII Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among women's teams of the National League in volleyball began in Taldykorgan. Volleyball games are being held at the "Zhastar" Sports Palace. The game between the "Zhetysu" team and the Turkestan "Turan" was watched by the regional governor Beibit Isabayev and the Zhetysu fans, the press service of the Zhetysu region akim reports.
"Zhetysu" defeated the "Turan" team 3:0 (25:14, 25:18, 25:16) in the first game of the fourth round at home. Thus, the Zhetysu team's first step in the game was successful. During the round, Karina Denisova and Perizat Nurbergenova each gave the team 16 points, showing an excellent example of play.
After the game, the regional governor Beibit Isabayev congratulated the team on the victory and expressed support for the volleyball players.
According to the regional department of physical culture and sports, the "Zhetysu" volleyball team will play six games in this round, the first of which is the match with the "Turan" team. The girls from Zhetysu will compete with the teams of "Aktobe", "Karaganda", "Almaty", "Aru-Astana", "Gratsiya KZ". These games of Zhetysu will be held daily at 18:30 in the "Zhastar" Sports Palace.
It should be noted that the fourth round of games will continue until February 12. So far, the "Zhetysu" team is in first place in the tournament table with 20 wins, that is, 61 points. The results of the championship will be determined after the playoff games in March.
Let us recall that last year, a training center and a residential building were built and put into operation for the "Zhetysu" volleyball club in Taldykorgan with the support of an investor.
