This year, 10 illegally built business facilities will be demolished in Shymkent. Among them are buildings erected on the “red line” and without construction requirements and without permits.
Specialists of the Shymkent City Department of Environmental Quality and Control conducted an inspection of the construction facility belonging to individual entrepreneur K.A. Egemberdieva at the address: Zh. Adyrbekov Street, 18 microdistrict. As a result, it was revealed that the entrepreneur violated the requirements of the legislation on architecture, urban planning and construction activities, and was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 316, Part 1, Article 321 and Part 1 of Article 463 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses. By decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Shymkent, the claim for the forced demolition of the mentioned facility was satisfied, and today the 2-story building is being demolished.
286 administrative offense protocols were drawn up for 115 construction sites in relation to illegal constructions in the city, and the relevant persons were brought to administrative responsibility. Last year, 4 construction sites were demolished by court decision. This year, a court decision was made to demolish 8 construction sites, the execution of which is under the supervision of bailiffs.
