As part of the large-scale environmental campaign "Clean Kazakhstan. Astana - a model of cleanliness and order", the Azerbaijan Mambetov State Drama and Comedy Theater under the Astana City Department of Culture launched the "My Yard" challenge, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
The purpose of the event is to encourage the collective to keep the yard clean, mobilize family members in a common cause, and instill a sense of care and responsibility in children. The Azerbaijan Mambetov State Drama and Comedy Theater sent the challenge to the collective of the E. Rakhmadiev State Academic Philharmonic, urging them to continue the tradition of cleanliness and responsibility.
Our goal in launching such a good deed as part of the "Clean Kazakhstan" environmental campaign is to encourage the collectives of cultural institutions not only to clean the yards, but also to spend useful time with their families, as well as to teach the younger generation responsibility and hard work. After all, artists often have performances and do not have much time to devote to their families. We decided to consider aspects such as the development of the family institution, including the upbringing of children, based on the organization of the challenge. In general, this good deed will be supported by one cultural institution every Friday. For example, the “My Yard” challenge will be supported by the E. Rakhmadiev State Academic Philharmonic next Friday and will be sent to the “Palace of Youth” team for further continuation,” said Akerke Zhumanbayeva, head of the culture and arts development department.
According to her, there are 14 institutions under the Astana City Department of Culture. That is, each institution will continue this challenge every Friday.
