According to operational data of JSC "NC "KTZh", in September-January 2024/2025, 6.1 million tons of grain were transported. Of which 1.3 million tons were transported within the country, and 4.8 million tons were exported. The growth in export volumes was 47%.
Export destinations: Uzbekistan - 1.8 million tons (+40%); Tajikistan - 724 thousand tons (+50%); China - 659 thousand tons;
Afghanistan - 217 thousand tons (+38%); Iran - 576 thousand tons (29-fold increase); Azerbaijan - 266 thousand tons (88-fold increase).
According to the results of 2024: 10.6 million tons of grain were transported, of which 2.5 million tons were transported within the country, and 8.1 million tons were exported. 3.2 million tons of flour were transported, of which 817 thousand tons were within Kazakhstan, 2.4 million tons were for export (growth +3%).
The main importers of flour are: Central Asian countries, China, Afghanistan and other countries.
