Military boxer Angelina Lucas continues to prove her skills in the international arena.
In the next fight in Istanbul, she defeated Venezuelan Joanna Zuniga. In this fight, the judges unanimously declared the Kazakhstani athlete the winner.
- I finished the fight, which lasted 8 rounds, with a victory. I am grateful for this experience and the opportunity to return to the ring. Thank you to all Kazakhstanis who supported me! Every fight is a part of my life in sports, it pushes me to strive forward, - said Angelina Lucas.
This is her second successful performance in the last two weeks. Previously, on January 31, at the "IBA Champions Night" tournament in Moscow, Angelina Lucas fought with Nigerian athlete Ayisat Oriyomi and ended the fight prematurely.
