The Almaty district akimat in the capital announced that it is accepting proposals from artists and art lovers who want to create interesting murals and graffiti. This initiative is aimed at preventing vandalism, the official website of the city akimat reports.
We call on residents and guests of the city to respect public space and act within the law. It is a reminder that illegal graffiti leads to criminal liability.
Creative ideas and suggestions from talented citizens will be taken into account.
To participate, you need to:
1. Prepare a sketch of your project;
2. Describe your idea and concept, in particular, what messages you want to convey through your art.
After your sketch is approved, the author will be given permission to implement the project and the location of the mural or graffiti will be determined.
Applications are accepted on a regular basis and a special commission will be created to select them.
