The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition for the vacant position of Director General of the Republican State Enterprise "Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection".
The address of the Republican State Enterprise "Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection" (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise) is: 010000, Astana city, Mangilik El Avenue, 11/1.
The essence of the enterprise's activities: maintaining the state environmental information fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state cadastres of natural resources.
Functional responsibilities: Organizes the work of the structural divisions of the enterprise and ensures effective interaction. Develops the development and work, budgeting plans of the enterprise, as well as ensures their implementation. Resolves issues of financial, economic and production and economic activities of the enterprise. Ensures the fulfillment of the obligations and functions of the enterprise. Controls the timely submission and quality of reports, letters, information performed by employees. Organizes the implementation of plans by employees. Controls the rational use of resources. Analyzes and organizes work on improving, planning and introducing new and modern methods of work. Organizes work on information and consulting services of state authorities and management bodies and other interested organizations in the field of natural resources and environmental protection. Ensures and monitors compliance with legislative requirements in the activities of the enterprise. Monitors the fulfillment of all obligations of the enterprise to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Requirements for participants in the competition: Higher or postgraduate education: law (international law and/or jurisprudence); social sciences, economics and business (economics and/or world economy and/or state and local administration); natural sciences (chemistry and/or ecology).
At least 5 years of work experience in management positions in accordance with the profile of the enterprise by specialty.
Preferably a "Master of Business Administration" degree or additional education in the field of management.
The competition is held on the basis of the Rules for the appointment and certification of the head of a state enterprise, as well as approval of his candidacy, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015 No. 70.

1) an application for participation in the competition;
2) a resume in the state and Russian languages;
3) a free-form biography;
4) copies of documents on education;
5) a copy of the work book (if any) or employment contract or copies of orders from the last place of work on hiring and termination of the employment contract;
6) A certificate of health status in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "On approval of the forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts as No. 6697).
