A.j. On February 10, an online meeting of the working groups of the regional, city and district anti-terrorism commissions of the East Kazakhstan region was held as part of a discussion of the experience gained during the study of anti-terrorism protection (hereinafter referred to as TTP) of terrorist-vulnerable facilities (hereinafter referred to as TTP).
During the event:
- Characteristics of the main differences in the profile instructions for TTP facilities approved at the level of central state bodies;
- Requirements for notification, video surveillance, signaling, access control and management systems, anti-terrorism protection passport, planning financing for equipping TTP facilities with engineering and technical equipment;
- Signs of an improvised and standard explosive device and an algorithm of actions in case of detection;
- Practical recommendations for checking theoretical and practical lessons with personnel conducting management of TTP facilities;
- Removal from the list of TTP facilities that do not meet the criteria approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 234 dated April 12, 2021 Information was provided on the procedure for preparing an analytical report, justifying the proposals for the removal.
The participants of the meeting received answers to a number of topical questions.
