A new microdistrict will appear in the Sayram district of the Turkestan region. This issue was specially discussed at the regional akimat, proposals and plans were heard. The akim of the Turkestan region, Nuralkhan Kusherov, instructed to carry out the construction in a high-quality manner.
- We support this initiative. The akim of the district should work systematically with the responsible departments. First of all, it is necessary to attract infrastructure. Each construction object and building should be thoroughly thought out and built in a high-quality manner, - said Nuralkhan Kusherov.
The akim of the Sayram district, Arman Sabitov, presented the plan for the new microdistrict. The housing issue is very relevant in the most densely populated and highly developed district in the region. In the newly created microdistrict on an area of ​​57 hectares in the village of Karasu, Karasu rural district, Sairam district, it is planned to build 47 5-story residential buildings (2820 apartments), a rural administrative building, a modern clinic that can accommodate 250 people per day, a combined building of the House of Culture and the Palace of Youth, a new modern school for 600 people, a kindergarten for 280 people, 6 commercial facilities and a park. In addition, a place is provided for the construction of a mosque.
The goal of the project is to improve the quality of life of the population and reduce the need for housing. The district akimat has prepared design and estimate documents in order to provide the above-mentioned facilities with engineering and communication systems.
