Our fellow countryman got his own apartment thanks to the housing program jointly implemented by the akimat of the Ulytau region and "Otbasy Bank". Aidana Kairollakyzy says that the program has lived up to expectations.
The annual interest rate for the “Ulytau Zhastary” housing program is 6%. The maximum loan amount is 20 million tenge. The initial payment is at least 10%.
The program began in 2023 and is open to eligible citizens of the Ulytau region aged 18 to 35 who meet certain requirements.
