Astana athletes won 5 gold medals at the Asian Championship

The Asian School Sports Championship was held in Bangkok, Thailand. 1,500 athletes from 18 Asian countries participated in the competition. The capital's athletes who defended the honor of Kazakhstan in this competition won five gold medals, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
On the first day of the competition, the capital's athletes demonstrated a high level and won prizes.
According to the results of the championship, the capital's athlete Khanzada Nurlybekova took 2nd place overall, gaining 259 points and receiving the "Best Athlete" trophy.

1st place - Khanzada Nurlybekova (100 m backstroke);
2nd place - Arsen Amantay (200 m butterfly);
3rd place - Luiza Ogaz (50 m breaststroke).

1st place - Khanzada Nurlybekova (50 m backstroke);
2nd place - Khanzada Nurlybekova (100 m butterfly);
3rd place – Khanzada Nurlybekova (200 m freestyle).
2nd place – Luiza Ogaz (200 m breaststroke);
3rd place – Arsen Amantay (100 m butterfly);
3rd place – 4×50 m freestyle relay (MIX) – Mendikhan Shakhmina, Luiza Ogaz, Arsen Amantay.
3rd day competition results:
1st place – Khanzada Nurlybekova (50 m butterfly);
1st place – Khanzada Nurlybekova (50 m freestyle);
2nd place – Khanzada Nurlybekova (200 m backstroke);
3rd place – Luiza Ogaz (100 m breaststroke);
3rd place – Mendikhan Shakhmina (200 m backstroke);
1st place – 4×50 m medley relay (MIX) – Mendikhan Shakhmina, Ogaz Luiza, Amantai Arsen.
