In accordance with the development plan of the megalopolis, extensive work is being carried out to create a comfortable environment for residents in the district. A total of 626 multi-storey buildings in the district are combined into 210 courtyards. Last year, 21 playgrounds were built in the courtyards, and this year it is planned to put 27 such facilities into operation. New playgrounds will be built in the settlements of Sairam, Nurtas, Tassai, Kyzylsu, Turan, Bozaryk, Nursat, Miras, Shapagat.

Three outdoor sports grounds will be built this year in the Nursat, Shapagat, and Nurtas microdistricts. At the request of the local population, irrigation systems will be installed in 16 places in the settlements of Nurtas, Tassai, Tasken, Sairam, Shapyrashty, Utemis, Martobe, Miras, Shapagat, and Kaitpas.

One of the facilities that will enhance the beauty of the city is flower gardens. Last year, 7 flower gardens were built in the district, and this year it is planned to begin construction of 11 facilities. The main achievement of last year was the lighting of 320 streets in the district, and this year lighting systems will be installed in 351 streets. In addition, this year, a total of 138 streets will be paved with asphalt in the settlements of Turan, Miras, Shapagat, Nurtas, Martobe, Altyn Orda and Sairam.
