Cross-country skiing: In the women's team relay (4×5 km), the national team came second and won the silver medal. Kamila Elgazinova, Ksenia Shalygina (classical method), Angelina Shuryga and Nadezhda Stepashkina (freestyle) took part in the race.

The men's team rounded out the top three at the Asian Games. The Kazakhstan men's team (4×7.5 km) came third and won the bronze medal. The athletes were Konstantin Bortsov, Nail Bashmakov (classical method), Olzhas Klimin and Vladislav Kovolyov (freestyle).

Ski mountaineering: In the mixed doubles, the Kazakhstan team (Niyaz Zhanzakov and Assem Nazirova) took 8th place in the final. The result was 36:43.77 seconds.

Ice hockey: Our women's team lost to Japan at the Winter Asian Games in Harbin. Score: 0-4.

Curling: The Kazakhstan women's team lost to Korean athletes 2:8 in the first match, and defeated Thailand 9:1 in the second match.

The men's team outwitted Kyrgyzstan - 6:3.

Figure skating: In the women's short program, Sofya Samodelkina is currently in 4th place, while Sofya Farafonova is in 9th place.

Boisangr Datiev and Gauhar Nauryzova finished the Asian Games in 5th place in the ice dancing competition.
