Akim of Turkestan Region Nuralkhan Kusherov visited the small industrial park in Sauran district for the next time and got acquainted with the progress of work. Today, 8 enterprises have been launched and started their work here. In order to create favorable conditions for investors and open new production facilities, the construction of buildings for factories is in full swing.
- The managers and contractors responsible for the construction of buildings must perform their work in a timely and high-quality manner. It is necessary to attract investors and implement projects promptly. The landscaping of the industrial park should also be carried out regularly, - said Nuralkhan Kusherov, giving relevant instructions and touring the buildings.
In accordance with the instructions of the regional akim, the construction of a "Small Industrial Park" consisting of 39 buildings covering the 3rd stage is underway on an area of ​​30 hectares in the Turkestan region in order to increase investment projects. The cost of the project is 17 billion tenge, and the investment volume is 131 billion tenge. A total of 1,450 jobs will be created in the 3rd stage.
In 2024, the construction of 10 buildings with an investment volume of 31 billion tenge will be completed and 8 production facilities will be put into operation. In particular, enterprises producing sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, school furniture and industrial refrigerators were opened.
In the second stage, the construction of 13 buildings with an investment of 40 billion tenge was completed, 10 of which will be commissioned in the 1st quarter of 2025, and 3 will be commissioned in the 3rd quarter. In the third stage, 16 buildings with an investment of 61 billion tenge are under construction.
It should be noted that in order to support the development of domestic production and processing, the "Small Industrial Park" project is being implemented on an area of ​​​​100 hectares in the Sauran district of the Turkestan region. In the future, the project will be expanded, attracting investments of 308 billion tenge, constructing more than 150 industrial buildings and creating about 6 thousand new jobs.
