As of February 1, 2025, 49.7 thousand Kazakhstanis participated in active measures to promote employment. 46.9 thousand people were employed, of which 16.6 thousand were permanently employed.
30.3 thousand people were placed in subsidized jobs. Of these, 1.3 thousand people were employed in social workplaces, 921 people in youth practice, 25.9 thousand people in public works, and 2.2 thousand people were employed within the framework of the "Silver Youth" project.
8.3 thousand unemployed people were covered with online training on skills in demand in the labor market, of which 7.6 thousand completed their studies.
Also, 2.8 thousand people were covered with training on the basics of entrepreneurship under the "Bastau Business" project, of which 1.3 thousand people completed their studies and received certificates.
31 thousand people underwent social vocational orientation in order to choose a field of activity.
In addition, in 2025, it is planned to provide 9 thousand grants to socially vulnerable categories of the population in the amount of up to 400 MCI (1,572,800 tenge) for the implementation of new business initiatives.
