Akim of Shymkent Gabit Syzdykbekov, together with the heads of departments, received citizens on their personal issues. More than 170 residents applied with their urgent problems. The mayor and representatives of sectoral departments studied each application and proposed solutions within the framework of the law.

It should be noted that the majority of applications concerned housing and land relations, social security, entrepreneurship, construction and healthcare. Special attention was also paid to the issues of city improvement.

One ​​of the important ways to establish effective communication with residents is personal reception, which allows solving the problems and needs of the population. Following the results of the reception, the city akim gave a number of specific instructions to those responsible.
